Every item from Layerwise Creations is printed to order — your piece doesn't exist until you buy it. Because of this, we can't accept returns on items simply because you changed your mind.
That said, we stand behind our work. If something arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — no questions asked.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll replace it at no charge. Here's how:

Include clear photos of the damage and your order number. This helps us improve our packaging too.
Once confirmed, we'll print a fresh replacement and ship it out at no extra cost to you.
3D printed items have a slight natural texture — this is a feature of the process, not a defect. Color may appear slightly different on screen versus real life, as every monitor displays colors differently.
