All orders take 1–3 business days to process and print before they ship. After that, delivery depends on your chosen method: Standard (5–10 days, free), Priority (3–5 days, $15), or Express (2–3 days, $45). Total time = processing + shipping. See our full shipping policy for details.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier to scan your package. If you haven't received tracking after 4 business days, contact us.

We currently ship to the contiguous United States. For international orders, reach out and we'll see what we can do — we occasionally accommodate international requests on a case-by-case basis.

Yes — every piece is printed, checked, and packaged by one maker in Texas. This isn't a factory. Each item is made specifically for your order, which means every piece gets real attention before it ships.

Most items are printed in PLA (polylactic acid) — a plant-based, biodegradable plastic that produces clean, sharp details and vibrant colors. Some items use PLA+, which is stronger and more impact-resistant. LED light box frames are printed in PLA with separate acrylic inserts. If you need to know the specific material for an item, just ask.

3D printed items have a slight natural surface texture — tiny layer lines are part of the process and character of the piece. Colors can also vary slightly from screen to screen and between filament batches. Minor variation isn't a defect; it's handmade. If your item arrives genuinely damaged or defective, we'll replace it — see our returns policy.

Yes! Custom color requests are available for most products — just mention your preference in the order notes or send us a message before ordering. For fully custom designs (new shapes, personalized items), reach out and we'll discuss what's possible. Custom work may have additional lead time.

Yes — our LED light boxes support custom image uploads. When adding to cart, you'll see an option to upload your image. We'll print the acrylic insert with your design. For best results, use a high-contrast image. Questions? Ask us first.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, before printing begins. After that, we may have already started your piece. Contact us immediately with your order number and we'll do our best.

We replace damaged items for free — no questions asked. Email us at hello@layerwisecreations.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll print and ship a replacement ASAP. Full details in our returns policy.

Yes! We work with retailers, boutiques, and gift shops. Volume discounts are available for bulk orders. Visit our wholesale page to submit an inquiry with your estimated quantities and we'll follow up with pricing.
