Each light box features a custom 3D-printed lithophane, made from the image you provide, and is professionally installed inside an LED backlit frame. Every order arrives fully assembled with the light box, the image already installed, and a wall plug included — no setup, no extra parts, just plug it in and enjoy.

A lithophane is a special 3D printed image that becomes visible when light shines through it. The brighter areas glow more, while darker areas create contrast, revealing incredible detail once the light is turned on.

Customers provide the image they want turned into a light box. This can be anything — personal photos, fan art, artwork, logos, landscapes, illustrations, pets, memorial images, or any design you love. JPG or PNG files work best.

Clear, well-lit images produce the best results, but minor adjustments are made as needed to optimize the final glow.

Return & Warranty Policy

Because each light box is custom-made from an image you provide, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for custom orders unless the item arrives defective or damaged.

Custom Items – No Returns

Each LED light box is made specifically for you using your uploaded image. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind

• Image choice or personal preference

• Minor variations in brightness, contrast, or appearance due to the custom production process

Please review your image carefully before submitting your order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to make it right.

• Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery

• Please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos or video showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will provide a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

LED Warranty (90 Days)

The LED light and power components are covered under a 90-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

• LED light failure

• Power adapter issues

This warranty does not cover:

• • Damage caused by misuse, drops, or accidents

  • Modifications or disassembly

  • Normal wear and tear
